Who is responsible

This policy covers delaramfarzin.com. The person responsible for the personal information collected through this site is Delaram Farzin, residential real estate broker with Groupe Sutton Centre-Ouest. You can reach me at [email protected] or 514-803-3472.

What I collect

Information you give me. When you fill in a form, download a guide, use a calculator’s email option, send a question or book a call: your name, email, phone number, the areas you are looking at, your timeline, whether you are pre-approved, your message and any figures you entered.

Information collected automatically, only if you accept cookies. Pages visited, the site or ad that brought you here, device and browser type, approximate location and a click identifier from Google Ads. If you decline, these tools stay off.

Why I use it

To answer you and send what you asked for, to follow up about your search or sale, to provide brokerage services if we work together, and to measure how the site and my ads perform.

I do not sell or rent your information. I do not send newsletters. You can ask me to stop following up at any time.

Who else handles it

I use service providers to run this site and my practice: Vercel (hosting), Make (form routing), HubSpot (client records), Google (email, Google Analytics and Google Ads), Resend (email notifications) and Calendly (bookings). They only receive what they need to do that work.

Some of these providers store information outside Quebec, including in the United States, where different privacy laws apply.

Cookies

Analytics and advertising cookies are off until you choose “Accept” in the banner. You can change your choice at any time: reset my cookie choice.

How long I keep it

I keep lead information while it is useful for your search or sale, and no longer than three years after our last contact. Records tied to a brokerage contract or transaction are kept for as long as the OACIQ rules require.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, to correct it, to withdraw your consent, or to have it deleted when I am not required to keep it. Write to [email protected]. I answer within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with my answer, you can contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

Security

Forms are sent over an encrypted connection, and access to client records is limited to me and the providers listed above. If an incident puts your information at risk, I will notify you and the Commission as the law requires.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date.
